Doing the Virus Research side mission in Turtle Bay. It is always recommended to try to find all the data collectors before starting the mission to get rid of the time pressure element.
I didn't run into any enemies on this mission but who knows... Going through the area once before starting and you can get rid of them as well without the time running.
