This mission is available from Camp Hudson, the first area that you get to when you first arrive on Manhattan.
The mission is to find Faye's sister and bring her back to her sister.

Part 1.

The refugee camp just outside of Camp Hudson, activate the echo and investigate the guitar player and the guitar case on the ground.

Part 2.

The next part is in Pennsylvania Plaza. Activate the echo in the street outside the apartment building and investigate the girl at the door to unlock the next part.

Part 3

Head to the back alley behind the apartment building. Clear the street of gang members and activate the echo. Investigate the gang members looking up to unlock the next part.

Part 4

Climb the ladder just above the echo and enter the apartment through a window. Open the door and listen in on the call from Heather to Faye (yay, she's alive). Climb the stairs to the top floor and enter another apartment. Approach Heather to complete the mission.
